BOOKINGS - AnimatronicPanda is a character-for hire agency
that supplies professional talent along with our professionally
made photo-realistic animal puppets and costumes. If you require
more details or additional video/photo examples of our work outside
of that posted on the website, please contact us by eMail.
In order to generate an accurate quote, we must know location
details (city, state, inside/outside, wet/dry, etc), anticipated
# of filming & other days and if possible, a storyboard or
shot list to review. In order to elimiate the need for insurance
or bond issuance, we travel with our props as carry-on & checked
luggage; we do not ship them to location. We do require receipt
of a 50% deposit prior to travel in order to reserve the calendar
days and refuse subsequent work offers. Remainder of invoice is
due at wrap (last filming day). When time runs short, bank wires
may be necessary in order to receive the deposit in time prior
to travel. We ask the hiring agency to arrange and pay for airfare
& lodging since these elements are out of our control and
are highly variable; also, a perdeim in line with others in the
cast is apprioriate. TOP

SELLING - AnimatronicPanda is not in the business of selling
costumes or props, but if you have an interest and we are able
to sell a particular item, we may be able to sell it to you. Certainly
we can direct you to a professional fabrication resource. Check
out our Links page for some recommended
vendors. On occasion, we do custom fabricate props for film use
ourselves. Drop an eMail

offered on our website.
RENTING - For the most part, our costumes & puppets
are not for rent for others to puppeteer, however there are a
few select pieces (such as our r/c
animatronic polar bear) which are available for rent. Contact

WORKING ABROAD - AnimatronicPanda.com does indeed work internationally. We have had the pleasure to collaborate in feature film and commercal projects in a dozen countries over 4 continents. Some countries and union shoots require acquisition of work permits and visas, so please anticipate the necessary procedures we will need to follow on entrance to your country at Customs and Immigration. Our animal props are of 100% synthetic / manmade materials, so there is never an issue with transportation of controlled or restricted items. We ask the hiring agency to arrange and pay for airfare & lodging since these elements are out of our control and are highly variable.
